DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Our product development firm seeks a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. As a Product Development Intern, you will assist our experienced product development team bring innovative products to market. You will work on various projects and gain hands-on experience in product design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the product development team to research and develop new product ideas.
Participate in product design and brainstorming sessions
Assist in creating 3D models and prototypes using CAD software and 3D printing technology
Conduct product testing and provide feedback to the team
Participate in the product manufacturing process and help ensure quality control standards are met
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends and consumer preferences
Support other project-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a degree program in engineering, industrial design, or a related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
Familiarity with 3D printing technology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
