About the Factory
With just under 500,000sqft of manufacturing space, IDEA House Manufacturing specializes in the OEM production of a number of products in a wide range of materials and practices.

Plastic and Molding
Our molding shop includes injection molding, rotational molding, blow molding, and our equipment can facilitate up to 60 cavity molds to maximize efficiencies and get our clients to distribution quickly.
CNC and Machining
We provide CNC milling and CNC turning of various materials, as well as drilling, tapping, EDM, and wire EDM. Our ISO 9001 certified production process, combined with professional machining experience and advanced CNC machines ensures your parts are made right the first time, every time.
Cut and Sew
Not all products are injection molded, some are soft goods, which is why we invested in a soft good departments to manage and produce the products that meet all of our clients needs.
Sheet Fabrication and Welding
We also offer sheet metal fabrication and welding. Including laser cutting, water cutting, brake forming, and robotic welding.
Tool and Die
Having our own tool shop to produce any tools needed through brake form or any molding technologies allows our team to move quickly from tooling to mold trial to speed up our clients approvals.
Electrical Production
Many of our clients require custom PCB production. No job is too big or too small for our team to manage and build for.
Assembly
Many client of ours prefer retail ready packaging and fully assembled products, ready to ship to their distribution channels.
