ASSEMBLIES

The assembly phase is all about research, testing and prototyping.

- Field studies

- Research and Design (R&D)

- 3D printing

- Fit, form and function

- Samples for production replication

01 Prototype

3D printing in-house allows us to closely monitor how a design is progressing. This allows us to check for a number of factors and get immediate feedback to our design and engineering team as well as our clients.

3D printing also allows us to test products without expensive tooling.

02 Control Study

Next, we take the prototype and control the testing by bringing in users in a controlled setting to study their user experience. Note feedback and changes for further improvement.

03 User Testing

Lastly, we study initial consumer uses and conduct reviews with end users to further develop product improvement prior to pilot production.
